Sure! They are artificial body parts for people who have lost a limb or two, or more in worst cases. And they come in different styles too! Some look like regular limbs, some have decorations like lines that look like teeth on them!

First you'll go through the most painful part where everything gets set on your body and nervous system by an engineer with bio-mechanical skills --- recovering from that usually takes three years, but I know a guy who was all fired up and ready to go after a year. Oh, you don't need an energy source on the outside, automails get their electricity from the body and then they move like real limbs. They're just made out of metal, carbon or other suitable materials depending on where and what for you need them for. Some people hide weapons into them - blades and firearms and whatever they want.

They're really expensive, but they look and smell amazing and every sound of them is like music to my ears! ...Except the sound when someone breaks an automail, especially if it's my work.
